WordLinx vs ClixSense
Review added: July 1, 2009; Last updated: August 31, 2011 This isn't a review per se, just a quick comparison between WordLinx and ClixSense. They are very similar programs with a few slight differences. ClixSense has no way to rent or buy referrals, unlike WordLinx. The links at ClixSense are worth at least 1/10th cent each and I've seen one worth $0.04. There are a ton of links daily, and they're constantly appearing. They apparently have had even higher value links for premium members. WordLinx's links are worth $0.001-$0.02 (1/10th of a cent to two cents), and there are fewer of them daily. They both offer a $10 upgrade to become a premium member, and I did take advantage of that at WordLinx. On average I make a little more as a standard member of Clixsense than I do as a Premium member of WordLinx, especially when you factor in the $10 I paid to upgrade at WordLinx. ClixSense recently did an overhaul and if anything my earnings have just increased since then. (Unlike the horrible overhaul that NeoBux did.) As you can see, the earnings have stayed pretty steady over the years. I'm still making as much in personal clicks per day now at both of these sites as I was two years ago, which is reflected in the August 2011 earnings info below. I did not include money earned from my referrals st ClixSense, which was pretty substantial. I only have a few refs at WordLinx and they're not too active, so I didn't separate out those earnings. If I were to guess it would be about ten cents of the $2.25 earned that month. I'm happy with both sites and do recommend them. Chart info: Day 1 represents the first day I was a premium member of WordLinx and the first day I joined ClixSense. I unfortunately don't have the data on my first day as a standard member of WordLinx, though I do know that prior to becoming a premium member I typically only made a maximum of eight cents a day. Some days I got no links at WordLinx as a standard member, though that was rare. My first day as a Premium member at WordLinx was April 25, 2009 and my first day as a member of ClixSense was June 29, 2009. Since these were two completely different days, the comparison between the first day at each may not be very useful. Every day listed after that is a direct daily comparison of the amount of money I made at each program on that specific date. It's important to note that this may not be the max I could have made each day (e.g., I may have only logged in once or something). I refresh the pages at the exact same times, and try to click every link available.
